Inking options:

field name	possible values
onOffAuto	B_OFF | B_ON | B_AUTO
layer	LCD_LAYER values
color	PEN_COLOR values
autoTime_10mSec	time constant where 1 bit = 10 mSec
width	width of auto-inking trace (not currently implemented)
region	Region that auto inking occurs in, defined as an LCD_RECT
