Detailed Description

OPTIONS are used for Get/Set Options report<br>
resetDevice flag was added to provide a software mechanism to reset the ePad if it goes offline. This effectively will disable and re-enable the device (just as if one had used the Control Panel's Device Manager for this purpose). The following items are notewothy:
The resetDevice flag is valid only for Set Report
The resetDevice flag must be the only flag set on a Set Report
(no other options can be controlled when resetDevice occurs)
